Terms of Trade

Quotes

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered on site. We will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. A 10% late payment fee applies to invoices outstanding beyond 30 days.

Warranty

All workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are passed through to you. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or faults not caused by our work.

Cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. A call-out fee may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes directly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand.
